Se segnali un problema, indica per favore il modello di iPhone, la versione di iOS e la versione dell'app (la trovi in About), e descrivi cosa è successo. Come attivo il blocco delle chiamate? Apri Impostazioni > Telefono > Blocco chiamate e identificazione e attiva SpamBazooka. Poi riapri l'app: il banner in alto deve indicare che l'estensione è attiva. Le chiamate non vengono bloccate Controlla che SpamBazooka sia attivo in Impostazioni > Telefono > Blocco chiamate e identificazione. Poi apri Diagnostics nell'app e tocca "Ricarica estensione ora". Controlla anche che il numero sia nella lista in Manage e che il prefisso del paese sia quello giusto: sotto il campo vedi sempre il numero esatto che verrà bloccato. Come blocco un numero? Scegli "Blocca un singolo numero", scrivi il numero e tocca Blocca. Il prefisso del paese è quello mostrato accanto al campo (all'inizio è quello del tuo telefono): toccalo per sceglierne un altro, oppure scrivi + o 00 seguito dal prefisso. Come blocco un intervallo di numeri? Scegli "Blocca per intervalli", scrivi un numero e seleziona l'ampiezza (±100, ±1.000 o ±2.000). Vengono bloccati il numero e tutti quelli vicini, sopra e sotto. È utile contro lo spam che cambia solo le ultime cifre. Come tolgo un numero dalla lista? Apri Manage, cerca il numero e scorri la riga verso sinistra per eliminarlo. Subito dopo compare un banner con "Annulla", utile se hai sbagliato. Quanti numeri posso bloccare? Fino a 1,5 milioni di numeri in totale, contando anche quelli compresi negli intervalli. Il banner "Numeri bloccati" mostra il totale. Posso bloccare i numeri nascosti o privati? No: iOS permette di bloccare soltanto numeri specifici, quindi le chiamate senza numero non possono essere bloccate da un'app. Come cambio la lingua? Tocca "Per cambiare lingua, tocca qui" in fondo alla schermata principale, oppure usa la sezione "Lingua dell'app" in About. Sono disponibili italiano, inglese, francese, tedesco e spagnolo. Open Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and turn on SpamBazooka. Then reopen the app: the banner at the top should show that the extension is active. Calls are not being blocked Check that SpamBazooka is turned on in Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification. Then open Diagnostics in the app and tap "Reload extension now". Also check that the number is in the list in Manage and that the country code is the right one: below the field you always see the exact number that will be blocked. How do I block a number? Choose "Block a single number", type the number and tap Block. The country code is the one shown next to the field (at first it is the one of your phone): tap it to choose another one, or type + or 00 followed by the code. How do I block a range of numbers? Choose "Block by range", type a number and select the range size (±100, ±1,000 or ±2,000). The number and all the ones close to it, above and below, are blocked. This is useful against spam that only changes the last digits. How do I remove a number from the list? Open Manage, search for the number and swipe the row to the left to delete it. The "Blocked numbers" banner shows the total. Can I block hidden or private numbers?
