Dati trattati
L'app tratta soltanto i numeri di telefono che scegli tu di bloccare, singolarmente o per intervallo. Questi numeri sono salvati in un file nell'App Group condiviso tra l'app e la sua estensione di blocco chiamate, all'interno dello spazio protetto del tuo dispositivo. L'app non accede ai tuoi contatti, al registro chiamate, alla posizione, alla fotocamera, al microfono né ad altri dati personali.
Estensione di blocco chiamate
Per bloccare le chiamate l'app usa l'estensione Call Directory di iOS (CallKit). L'estensione legge la lista salvata sul dispositivo e la consegna al sistema, che decide se bloccare la chiamata. L'app non vede i numeri che ti chiamano e non conserva alcuno storico delle chiamate ricevute.
Nessuna trasmissione a terzi
I numeri bloccati non vengono inviati a nessun server, né al titolare né a terzi. L'app non contiene strumenti di analisi, pubblicità, tracciamento o profilazione e non usa SDK di terze parti. Non è presente alcun trasferimento di dati verso paesi extra UE.
Base giuridica
Il trattamento è necessario per fornirti la funzione che hai richiesto, cioè il blocco dei numeri indicati (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b, GDPR). Poiché i dati restano sul tuo dispositivo e sono sotto il tuo esclusivo controllo, il titolare non ne ha accesso.
Conservazione
I numeri restano salvati finché non li elimini dalla sezione Manage oppure disinstalli l'app. Con la disinstallazione tutti i dati vengono cancellati dal dispositivo.
I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi degli artt. 15-22 del GDPR hai il diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, rettificarli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti e ottenerne la portabilità. Poiché i dati sono solo sul tuo dispositivo, puoi esercitare questi diritti direttamente dall'app, con la sezione Manage.
Reclami
Se ritieni che il trattamento violi la normativa, hai il diritto di proporre reclamo all'autorità di controllo. In Italia è il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Minori
L'app non è rivolta ai minori e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori.

Data processed The app processes only the phone numbers that you choose to block, either individually or by range. These numbers are saved in a file in the App Group shared between the app and its call blocking extension, within the protected storage of your device. The app does not access your contacts, call log, location, camera, microphone or any other personal data. Call blocking extension To block calls, the app uses the iOS Call Directory extension (CallKit). The extension reads the list saved on your device and hands it to the system, which decides whether to block the call. The app cannot see the numbers that call you and keeps no history of received calls. No sharing with third parties Blocked numbers are not sent to any server, neither to the data controller nor to third parties. The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling tools and uses no third-party SDKs. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU. Legal basis Processing is necessary to provide you with the function you requested, namely the blocking of the numbers you specify (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Because the data stays on your device and under your exclusive control, the controller has no access to it. Retention Numbers remain stored until you delete them from the Manage section or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all data from the device. Your rights Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it and obtain its portability. Because your data is stored only on your device, you can exercise these rights directly in the app, using the Manage section.
